Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to international destinations.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

- Estimated Delivery: 7–11 business days after your order has been processed and shipped
Express Shipping
For customers who prefer faster delivery, we offer an Express Shipping option.
- Shipping Cost: $4.99
- Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped
Express Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and products in your order. The available shipping options and applicable shipping cost will be shown at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed after our daily 5:00 PM PT cutoff time will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimated and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–11 business days
- Express Shipping: 5–7 business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order at any time before your order has been fulfilled or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@orderlyspace.shop and include your order number.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may be eligible to return the order according to our Return & Refund Policy.
If your cancellation request is approved before fulfillment, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delays
We work hard to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur due to shipping carrier schedules, severe weather, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.
