1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the USA.
We also offer Express Shipping for $4.99 for customers who prefer faster delivery.
3. How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Orders placed after our 5:00 PM PT cutoff time will begin processing on the next business day.
4. How long does delivery take?
After your order has been processed and shipped:
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–11 business days
- Express Shipping: 5–7 business days
The total estimated time from placing your order to delivery is approximately:
- Free Standard Shipping: 8–14 business days total
- Express Shipping: 6–10 business days total
Express Shipping is available for $4.99.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to shipping carrier schedules, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other unexpected circumstances.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

6. When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking information is normally provided after your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request to cancel your order at any time before your order has been fulfilled or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@orderlyspace.shop and include your order number.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may be eligible to return the order according to our Return & Refund Policy.
8. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you entered an incorrect shipping address.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or been shipped.
9. What should I do if my package is delayed?
We work hard to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur due to shipping carrier schedules, severe weather, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@orderlyspace.shop with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
10. What if my package shows as delivered but I can't find it?
First, please check around your delivery location, mailbox, porch, garage, and with household members or neighbors.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier and then reach out to us for assistance.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods available at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, depending on availability.
12. Can I return an item?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused/unworn, with original packaging and tags if applicable. Please contact us at support@orderlyspace.shop with your order number and reason for the return before sending anything back.
13. How will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
